"I've only ever let H&R prepare my taxes. I never had a problem with the tax preparers, they were always friendly and made me feel like they want to help me as best as they could. This year was the first year I did my taxes at the H&R Block in Gallup, NM at the Zecca Plaza. The tax preparer that helped me is named Caroline, she was not friendly to me, yet I allowed her to file my refund. I am a busy single mother of four children, I was too exhausted from work to argue with anyone. At the time I just wanted to go home to my kids, cook dinner, and get rested for another day of work. Thinking back I should have just stopped her and asked for somebody else to help me, but I just wanted to get my taxes over with at the time. I feel that maybe she didn't help me as best as she could. Lastly, other customers were walking out the door with H&R goody bags, I didn't get one from her lol."
