"I would give this business zero stars if I could. He was scheduled by my home warranty company to come and do some drywall repair. I was provided a 4-hour time frame of when he should arrive. Ruben never showed and never called to cancel. I finally received a call from him about 30 minutes past my scheduled time window and that was probably only because I called him, and he was returning my call. His reasoning for not showing up was that he is refusing to work with my home warranty company. That is his right, but as a customer that had a set appointment, he should have notified me. This appointment was setup almost 3 weeks in advance. He had plenty of time to cancel with my warranty company, or at least let me know so I didn’t waste 4 hours of my time and take the morning off work. All I got was a bunch of excuses instead of an apology. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend."
