"As I was going through the good reviews of how amazing Scott is I realize they are from 1-6 years ago. The recent reviews state the actual facts. Scott may have been a “pleasant, good groomer” years ago. At this point in time, he is as rude as people come. I have NEVER been to a business where I am paying for a service I am treated this way. The first time I took my Sheepadoodle puppy to him he immediately told me he was matted and needed to be shaved. After brushing him he realized he was wrong. At that appt I received the service I requested a 1 inch cut (that I paid $89 for + tip). I decided to move past the rudeness because he did a nice job. Today 6 weeks later brought my dog back. After 20 minutes of brushing and checking my dog for matting he stated he seemed fine, a 1 inch cut would be possible (after questioning my brushing habits). When we picked up my dog, he had been shaved. We were told he was matted, he then proceeded to aggressively cut my dogs face/head aggressively telling us how matted he was. My beautiful Sheepadoodle who is VERY WELL CARED for left so short, he pink skin shows, his rear end cut choppy, his face un-even and not remotely cut “teddy bear shaped” as I requested. I paid before the job was done with a 20% tip HUGE MISTAKE. If my dog was so matted he needed to be shaved when I SPECIFICALLY requested a 1inch cut I should have been called BEFORE HE WAS SHAVED. I would have said do not touch my dog and we would have picked him up. Scott was taking care of my moms Sheepadoodle, my best friends Sheepadoodle, and my oldest daughters Aussie. None of us will be back. I hope you all read this and do not attempt this facility."

"My sister took her 15 year old dog to Waggin Tails based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. To say they were fantastic would be an understatement. Snowy was so calm and relaxed after getting groomed and looked wonderful. My sister and I were surprised by how reasonable the cost was for such an excellent service. Snowy has found her new groomers; finally! Thank you so much."

"A little displeased. Went to drop off my dog 30 min prior to her appointment. Was told I needed to come back. The individual came off rude. We've been really happy with the service in the past. , I would expect a little better service when paying $60 plus a tip. Maybe I'm wrong, I feel that my dog could have hung out. The real reason for the big stink is that they have done it in the past. Multiple times, I see several dogs just hanging."

"I have tried several groomers in Albuquerque and this is by far the best. They take one dog at a time for their appointments and there aren’t kennels of dogs. If you have a more sensitive and anxious dog, this is the best place for them. They do great work. The dogs are beautiful and cared for!"
