"Hi. Petco screwed up so badly, I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews here. Leads me to believe they may be deleting negative comments. Anyways, I brought my dog in to get groomed, and a day later, she was in so much pain that she had to be rushed to the vet for severe pain medication. She had to be prescribed nerve blockers for her pain. Her neck, shoulder, and back were badly tweaked. If that wasn't bad enough, the soap they used caused a terrible reaction on her skin. Her hair is still falling out in huge clumps. There are several large, bloody sores all across her neck and back. I had to rinse her off several times and use baby soaps and lotions to soothe her skin. She has been in very rough shape since her grooming. There is no other place or time she could've gotten this. I am with her constantly. I work and attend school online, so I have been in the room with her 24/7. This only started after she was groomed. I was told when I went to pick her up at the appointment that there were no problems and she was quite calm. This means that either I was lied to and she pulled against restraints so badly that she injured herself in this way, or she was handled extremely roughly by the groomer. Unacceptable behavior. Plus, she's a young dog. Only a year and a half old. No underlying health conditions. Let's see if this gets deleted!"
