"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took our pup for a haircut appointment at 9:00am and didn’t get a call until 4:00pm that he was ready. Upon picking him up, he had a cut ear (full of blood), cuts all over his back and a closed eye that was blood shot red when he would try to open it. We had to take him to the vet to get his eye checked because it wasn’t getting better. He is the gentlest mini poodle and had such a bad experience at this groomers. They did not offer for a refund or anything except for an apology."

"Took my furr baby here this morning she looked a hot mess lol poor baby had 2 toenails curled over to her paw I went and picked her up around 1:30pm and she looks amazing !! Smells good has these beautiful fall color flowers in her ears and for being a 1st timer to this location I was super nervous because my baby is sensitive around new people but she did phenomenal and came out looking fresh thank you to the sweet lady I believe her name was Esmeralda I will be returning for future visits great pricing and wonderful experience getting her in ( called this morning and she was in 30 mins later and out within 4 hours or so.) Don't sleep on the smaller businesses."
"My dogs come out looking great, location is convenient! My rating is due to the fact that they expect cash and not everyone carries cash. I used my debit/credit cards for personal reasons and this makes it hard for me. I really hope that the customers input is taken seriously into consideration now in 2023. The communication could be a bit better when it comes to calling to say your pet is ready. Last but not least, pls stop raising your prices every other month..."
"5 stars for a great staff and always the best dog cuts I've found in the city. They are always quick to respond to my appointment requests. Highly recommend to anyone I know."
