"I visited this store thinking I was going to receive good customer service we'll unfortunately I received very poor customer service. I was looking for a certain hair color and asked one of the employees and she looked like she was on drugs completely unaware of what I was asking her and then some other stupid employee with clown hair started rushing me out of the store when the store was still open instead of helping me. These employees are rude ugly and lazy. Bad customer service. This store sucks"

"I had ordered some heat protectant online on Dec 21st 2022 and when I went to pick up at this location, I was glad to see the two kind women working being attentive and engaged with their customers! I’ve had bad experiences with Sally’s at my hometowns locations in California but was SO impressed with this location! Kudos to those kind workers! I will return to this location for future beauty needs."

"I refrained from patronizing this location for several months despite being a 2-3Xs a month customer at SALLYS. I came in reluctantly today because I’ve had a hard time shopping other stores with their limited or missing inventory lately. The previous manager here was a mess. Rude, intrusive and lacking in any shred of pride in customer service or any grace, whatsoever. The old manager made it a point to attempt to discourage my purchase of a product line she warned was “overpriced” and overrated. Perhaps she was suspicious despite my “overpriced” attire that day, I presumed she thought I could not afford what I was looking at. She commenced to fidget awkwardly a few feet away from me with 2 or 3 items on a shelf arranging and rearranging over and over again making it obvious that she was hovering over me to keep me from stealing. I looked over at my friend who also has her theft watchdog also awkwardly fidgeting with a shelf but keeping her in her line of vision. After purchasing nearly $400 between my friend and I, we left and.agreed we wouldn’t go there again. Today, I was greeted upon arrival abd was given good solid advice particularly to my hair type. I did not warrant intimate supervision today, thankfully, despite coming into the store looking much more casual than i usually dress in public. It was wonderful to see plenty of products on the shelf compared to abundant empty slots noting out of stock items at other stores. The store was immaculate and easy to shop with its obvious attentive organization. Totally opposite vibe from what I experienced here before. Quick, comfortable and without drama. Loved it. The current management is doing an excellent job. She’s given me faith that above average customer service is still possible in retail business. I will gladly give them a good review and encourage my friends to go here. I appreciate good service when I get it."
