"I needed some small clippers to trim my dogs feet and my barber suggested I try Sally's Beauty. The evening lady suggested an Andis Slimline 2 set of electric clippers. I asked if these were guaranteed to cut dog hair and she said "Oh, yes!" I get them home and they don't cut. The next morning I tried returning them and the manager tells me they don't accept returns on clippers. I explained how the evening lady told me they were guaranteed to cut dog hair and they don't. The manager said "Well she shouldn't have told you that but we're not taking them back." Had the other lady told me that there were no returns allowed I would not have bought them despite her guaranteeing they would work. It's just not worth the risk dealing with small businesses when you can get better service thru online or big box stores."
