"Transferred to a call center, at which point we were bounced around between countless representatives using confusing and pushy sales techniques. They repeatedly attempted a bait-and-switch where they replaced the plan we wanted with a phony "accidentally death and dismemberment" policy which stated in fine print that it "is not a health insurance policy". Got angry with us when we refused to e-sign. Obviously an organized scam operation. Do yourself a favor and avoid."
