"Red headed lady that works there spends more time in the booth area pulling on the doors than helping customers up front, I had to wait to get change while she knocked on doors telling people to make sure their doors were locked. I heard one say the door was locked and she said it wasn't and started a yelling match with whoever was on the booth I can't even imagine the theft that goes on there with her in the back harassing customers."

"Went to the theater today, and that place is like an oven there is no ventilation and it's in deplorable condition. It was extremely hot,muggy, and the smell was one for the records. I wonder if they keep it that way so customers leave and return having to pay yet another 10 bucks."

"Frequent customer, usually pleased with this place but recently it seems like owner doesn’t care much about the aesthetic of the place. You have to pay to view movies in the booths but most of the booths have no sound and the ones that do have sound: sound horrible. Some of the sofas in the bigger booths are cut open and look worn and raggedy. If I’m gonna be spending money somewhere I expect it to be at least decent and usable and able to hear so I can enjoy myself."

"It's a shame that for as much as they charge for theater entry and the viewing booths. The booths all have no sound and some of the furniture is cut up. I have been a long time customer here and it has never been in such conditions. I wonder if the management even cares."
