Experiments in Cinema is a celebration of international cinematic experimentation located at 3405 Central Avenue Northeast in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The institution is hosted by Basement Films, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting alternative and independent film. The project is made possible by support from New Mexico Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. The Technical Director is Melinda Kowalska, the Design/Workshop Coordinator is Beth Hansen, and the Hospitality Director is Alys Griego.
