Shoe Box

"I have been coming to the for many years buying myself and my children their shoes here. Today was the worst experience of my life. I understand mistakes happen but when the employee tells you something and tells you that they are on sale but they have not marked them down and then you go up to the front and you give them the shoes and the employee tells lies he did not even know what kids size 2 were he took me to the toddler Department he seemed very lost and very confused I still like Gerald help me he saw me the third pair of shoes saying that they were on sale when I go up to the front I show him the picture of the shoes showing them that they are on sale but the shoe box did not have the sale price on them. I begin to talk to manager Brandon just by his attitude and his demeanor I always get greeted when I go into those doors but that's not the point in my review the point of my review is is that I've had problems before on sale prices on shoes and they have honored them due to their employees giving them the wrong information Brandon is not compassionate he is not good with customers and he should not be a manager there. After I told him what his employee said he decided to argue with me so I told him to put back the shoes and this will be the last time I will be back in here I have been going to the shoe box for about 8 years and this experience killed the whole thing I will not go back and I will be calling the head manager to talk to them about their employees and the managers that they like to hire that have no compassionate for their customers are their job"

"I've seen it while driving by a million times. It's right off the freeway, and parking was a breeze! Their sales staff is super helpful and they have great prices on name brand shoes. I bought my son 3 pairs of shoes for under $72. I'm glad I finally stopped by! Here's a picture of 2 of the pairs. My son is running around in the 3rd."

"This was our second visit. The gentleman up front (again) are really nice! Pretty cool guys! For having a variety of shoes the children’s selection was very small. We hoped to shop for the whole family and couldn’t find sizes for my 7r old and 12 yr old. The greater selection in shoes were the higher end shoes. We were told all shoes 15% off, accept clearance. Don’t be mistaken, the prices on the boxes IS the discounted price. Overall, depending on your favorite brand/type of shoe and budget, I feel this is a place that is much easier to shop for women and adult then it is for men and children; NOT warehouse prices. Definitely will visit again, ready to spend, Cha Ching $!"

"My wife has been wanting me to stop here for some time now, so today was the day. We were greeted by a very nice man. He let us know 15% off all shoes except clearance, so off we went. You walk into what is a warehouse. There are lots of shoes and a good selection. The thing is, even though it's like a warehouse, they don't have warehouse deals. With the 15% off, the pricing becomes decent but not like warehouse pricing. We didn't find any shoes that floated our boats. In all honesty, we probably won't be back. It's not a bad store, just not what we expected."

"Shoes and pricing are fair. The shoes that are final sale are like that for a reason. I came home with two different sized shoes. Buyer beware!!! Even though I spent over 200.00 dollars in the store me and my 5 yr old were being watched like Hawks!!! Sucks being judged!!!"
