"I’d like to give the homies down at duke city heat a shoutout for the great deal and service. Looking forward to seeing yal again."
"Shoe selection was great. Customer service was bad. Some guy w glasses approached me about bringing food in the store. Ok, this is a public mall. Was not a fan of his demenour as these kind of resell stores have a pompous mindset. I'm a sneakerhead but it doesn't make me better because I can buy them. Also the prices are extortion, much better deals for the same shoes online or shopping locally. I do not tend to spend my money w these type of businesses so I left. The store feels very culture vulturish. So I went across to Shoe Palace and bought some shoes. Much better experience. Also they do not let you touch the shoes in Duke City which makes it kind of suspect if I cannot verify if the shoe is authentic or not. Just shady vibes all around imo."
"I went here with three of my sons. It was cool to be greeted at the door by two young men. They said, they'd help us if we needed help. Those two young men ended up haggling with some other teens who were trying to sell their used shoes to the store, hence, ignoring us. So we're left with talking with the adult male, whom I assume is the owner. He stood behind the counter the whole time. Yelled at two of my sons, Don't touch this and don't touch that! When one son said he was only going to look, the guy yells at him, No you weren't! You were touching! I understand not wanting people to touch the merchandise, however, yes we were looking. When another son asked about prices, the owner said, We have only "High End" shoes here. In my opinion, No, you don't, you have used shoes you bought off of kids. We gave this place a chance but customers should not be treated like that. We went across the way and bought shoes from a different store. Bad for business and we won't go back."
