"It was ok the movie was 18 minutes late and the movie was glitching out at the end but the seats are comfortable and the popcorn is good"
"I am several times disappointed but this will be the last time I spend my hard earned money at this poorly managed establishment. Sticky floors, trash still in the cup holders, two broken seats out of 6 prepaid tickets and one of our tickets was overrode and sold to someone else. Asked twice to speak to management to express concerns, was declined twice. Staff stated that she was busy in her office. I told them I would wait and if my purchased movie began before I spoke with her she would then need to refund all 6 of my tickets. She came out. Made excuses about selling tickets for broken seats, took care of the twice sold ticket, and instructed staff to go to our area to mop. No apology or accountability. All three of my daughters worked for the allen theatres when they were teens. I know that with good direction these workers could handle the high volume of people that visit this establishment. Sad that we have to spend our money in other cities to get well deserved experiences rather than having pride in keeping our tax dollars here in our very own community. Please do better Allen Theatres!"
"Love 5 dollar Tuesday. You need to fight not to fall into snoozles on those crazy comfy chairs. I love sitting back and letting a couple hours go to pure undistracted bliss. XD and I love movies. The snacks are pricey but like the zoo.... you're paying the workers care.(get it.... like the zoo snacks are expensive cuz it pays for animal care....oh jee XD)"
"Prices were unreasonably high. For 3 people, I spent $50 on a movie and popcorn and two drinks. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink, and they refused to replace it. We were told to leave our seats and wait in the hall while they cleaned. Better off to stream movies at home than to put up with this inhospitable environment."
