"First windshield the molding came off, they said they could not just replace the molding had to do whole new windshield again. Second time new windshield does not fit well, leaks water, and road noise at highway speed is very loud. Does not seem safe. Not allowing them a 3rd attempt, going elsewhere."

"One star, as there is no option for anything less. While I'm all for supporting local businesses, I'm very disappointed in my last purchase with Rio Rancho Glass. I had done business with them many years ago and never had a problem and thought possibly that the bad review I saw, was just a rare issue, but I guess this is the way they want to run their business. On Oct 10th, I ordered and paid upfront for a piece of mirror glass to be cut to my dimensions. We were told it would be available and delivered by Oct 12th at the lastest. I called on Oct 13th and was told it would be delivered to them on Mon Oct 16th, which was fine, as the bathroom renovation was just completed. On Oct 18th, I received a call, asking to verify the dimensions again, which I did. On Oct 19th, the mirror was finally delivered. One edge is not cut straight due to either poor workmanship or a straight edge that moved while cutting, causing the cut to be bowed. It is very noticeable. Called and spoke with the owner on Oct 20th, who tried to excuse the issue as a "manufacturing flaw". He refused to replace the mirror; refused to offer any type of refund or credit. His solution was to simply cut the mirror shorter, which won't work for our application, that is why I ordered a piece of glass to specific dimensions. I have more glass work I need done, which I was planning on going to them for but will find someone else now. Be wary if you decide to do business with them."

"I have gone here multiple times. This trip will be my last. The guy doing the tint was rude and didn't cut the tint right so light comes thru on the edges. Also after telling them I have an amp and subwoofers please be careful when getting my car back the trunk had a puddle of water and area by the rear window was soaked. I will not return here."

"They were awesome. I went to have my headlights cleaned and Leonard did a fantastic job. Definitely will go back to get my windows tinted. In the before picture that was 2 years ago with the light on so it was worst today, but not anymore. Thanks Rio Rancho Glass and Mirror"
