"Poor customer service. Had a "tailor" job at this shop. They didn't pin anything on the suit whatsoever. Just said they'd make adjustments... ordered the largest size they had which was a 56. Let me tell you - this suit had to be mis labeled because it was definitely NOT a 56. Took it back in and the guy said its just tight but it looks ok... put it on in front of family for them to judge it and they all laughed histariclly as it looks ridiculous. My buddy wears a 44 normally and the suit fit him almost perfectly lol. Please if you're going to pay these prices go to Jo's. A Bank ANYDAY!!! Or order from hockerty and have a REAL tailor fit your suit for you... overall was very disappointed in the experience. Expect better."
