"Terrible customer service. Ordered suits for my wedding, took over 6 months and one giant headache to get them, but was originally told it would take only 4-6 weeks. Had to make numerous calls and spoke with multiple people to get issues fixed. Each time I spoke with someone the story changed as to why I didn't have my suits yet. First they were waiting to get them from customs (4 months after ordering), then they didn't have the color originally ordered, then they ordered the wrong sizes, then they ordered the wrong color (again), then they sent the wrong color, but finally got them in the end a week before the wedding...and they still needed to be tailored. Never had communication start on their end either, I always initiated. Suits were pretty nice though. Would not recommend."
