"The food was cold and felt like it was sitting there for awhile and I waited 30 minutes in drive thru. And 10 piece and medium fries was 11 bucks not worth it. Won’t be back I’ll go somewhere else that’s better"

"The Mcdonalds here in Norfolk is good but not great. It really depends on the staff & how they make the food. The staff are typically pretty friendly but make sure you check if you got the right order because sometimes they mess up."

"Came in to order a sandwich and a soda only to find all the menu boards are turned off and the order counter blocked by cardboard boxs. If I am unable to communicate to an employee to place my order, I will go elsewhere to get my sandwich and soda. And what is with the whole front door parking being taken up by 4 Curbside pickup spots and 5 handicap spots? (2 of which are van accessible.) 3 handicap (2 w/van accessibility) and 2-3 curbside should be sufficient, unless your service has severely declined. What's more inviting than to have 11+ normal front door parking spots being taken up for such a small minority of people, and to have your counters closed? Good luck with your alienation of people."

"I ordered a mcchicken...and this is what I received. I live 30 mins away from this location and, for some reason, was never given a receipt after I paid, nor was one put on my bag. I know it's like a $3 sandwich, but still. Do better."

"Their service was fast. They have staff bringing food to the drive through orders out in the designated parking. Staff was helpful with my order."
