"I can’t say enough about everyone at Craig tire! J.R. there really spent the time with me to find EXCTLY what I was looking for in tires for my truck! Their warehouse missed sending them out but they called me first thing and were more than apologetic and asked what they could do to make it right but that was all I needed. When they put the wheels on, MY bumper was bent which made one side rub but their guys would not let me leave without being out there trying to help me solve my issue giving me a hand to fix it even when it was their closing time. The ladies at the counter were always a pleasure to chit chat with. Can’t say enough about the service I received from everyone there! Their service is second to none!"

"Picked up a nail on the freeway while traveling for my son’s school trip. Put on the spare near Socorro and drove to Craig Tire in hopes it could get fixed. Mr. Craig was extremely helpful and friendly. Got my car in as soon as he could and had it road ready in record time. 20 minutes max and I was headed down the road in time to pick my son up as the buses were dropping him off. A+ business. A+ customer service. A+ honesty and friendliness. I truly wish there were more businesses like this and wish we had a Craig Tire where I live."
