"This is our neighborhood Blake's. We enjoy the occasional burger from here quite a bit. Most times the service is pretty good, but occasionally there will be a sullen young person who makes no effort to be polite or friendly. On my way to work, I'll occasionally pick up a breakfast burrito even though I don't care for the store bought flour tortillas. I've also begun asking to have my green chile on the side, otherwise by the time I get to work my burrito is a soggy mess. Well, the other morning I stopped in for my standard bacon, egg and bean burrito, with GREEN chile on the side. I got to work to discover absolutely NO remaining warmth to the burrito at all, the tortilla was DAYS old and was stiff, the bacon was almost completely burned and the green chile peppers were mostly red peppers and full of seeds. I managed to eat half of it (usually eat the other half for lunch) and wound up throwing the rest of it away. It was terrible. Oh, and when I opened the bag, I discovered the "napkins" were actually two torn off pieces of the brown paper toweling used in restrooms. WTH? The store ran out of napkins? How does this happen? WHO let it happen? We'll continue to get burgers from them, but that's the last time I ever get a burrito from there. I'll get my breakfast burritos from Golden Pride because their tortillas are the bomb and are just way better."

"Night crew last night I ordered a cherry shake extra flavor the cashier gives me shake with warm milk and cherry flavoring the ice cream was melted not cold I didn’t even go back he knew what he did that guy should be fired"

"I have enjoyed eating Blakes Lotaburger for over 44 yearsGreat breakfast burritos as well as hamburgers that are better then in n out burgers and imo lotaburgers are the greatest. Don't forget to add green chili bacon and cheese to your burger."
