"I have been going to southeastern behavioral for 2+ years for medication and mental health services. This is NOT the place to go if you want reliable psychiatry care. I was put on medication for PTSD, which works amazing, but only when they actually fill my damn scripts AND at the right pharmacy. This is the second time I have been forced off my medication, that I have become dependant on, all because they can't pull it together at Southeastern Behavioral Health. I'd be drowning in riches if I had a penny for every headache you've all caused me."
"Went to get help with my mental care, and I did not feel like I was listened to. I had to keep repeating myself, multiple times and even then when the next appointment came around, it was like I was having to prove myself to them. Appointments were made but not kept on their end. I would get random calls at random times, and ask a question regarding why today and get a very weird answer. When I said what? The response was what did you just say? Very, very unprofessional on their end."
"High turnover; low pay; poor management. If you're looking for work, look elsewhere."
"Very poor at giving medication I had received medication in the form of a shot and just recently found out that the lady two years ago that was giving me the injection used the wrong needle size the whole time she was using the large size needle and I was only suppose to get the smaller size and so she was inflicting unnecessary pain."
"This place is horrible! It has ruined my life!! I came here to seek help with addiction only to have my councler Jennifer Pfeifer pretty much turn me into the police. I was detained from my work and thrown into a jail detox where my councler would only have her attorney speak to me. I ended up losing my job because of this. I would advise someone to seek help elsewhere!!!"
