"Went in twice over the weekend and the young lady behind the counter messed up our order both times. The second time as we were leaving she was even laughing about it. None of the workers wore any kind of a hair net, most had earphones in and I never saw anyone wearing gloves"

"I had a good experience. I normally don't go to Blake's lotaburger, but it was where I was at and it was handy, it was good. It wasn't much going on when I was in there, so I got to really watch how the workers were working. It appeared that the belin location was operating in a decent manner. Everything was moderately clean. We got three meals to go, they were hot and just as we had ordered. Good job this time Blake's."

"I ordered on line. Picked it up on time. The fries were OLD and COLD. the burger is cold, full of mustard, old lettuce and very old tomatoes. This has become so AWFUL! not my first experience having an awful meal at Blake's but it's certainly going to be my last. It's just to bad that it's not the way it used to be! JUST Gross for the money definitely NOT worth it!!!!!"

"Hadn't had the Fish basket meal in years. Fries didn't have the seasoned flavor & fish didn't taste like anything. The tarter sauce had a kick to it which was nice!!"

"I’ve been to this location a handful of times . I’ve never seen any of the staff act nice or polite to me or any customers. Each time I’ve gone keeps getting worse. Last visit I watched a dazed and confused kitchen staff stumble around during a lunch rush of 3 people. I waited for 25 minutes for a burger and a frito pie. One of the guys working on burgers was in slow motion. Slowly adding an offensive portion of thickly cut raw onion to the burgers. I got my order home. Had to take the mountain of onion off of it. Really was a pretty bad burger. Had to add fresh condiments. My frito pie had no Fritos and surprisingly no onions. So it was just a bowl of soupy chili topping. Overall , they may be the worst restaurant in the area with the worst staff. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere but there"
