"Stay Away!! Bad People. Bad business!!! I bought a brand new staple gun from these guys for $480 dollars. After using it on a couple projects I took it in to them to have o rings replaced and a simple servicing so I can keep it maintained!!! They told me it would take 4 days. So I went back in 5 days with my claim ticket and they told me that no gun was ever registered in thier system..well after 3 more days of arguing with them some manager called me and told me that they sent my staple gun to El paso to get the service done at thier main warehouse??? I called thier El paso store/ warehouse and they told me that Nobody Ever sends anything to them for servicing!! Anyway it has been over one year to date and I've yet to get my gun back! Everytime I call them they say that they will look into it and have someone get back to me!!!! Nobody Ever Does.... I finally gave up but Not without making it public!!! I lost $480 dollars They kept my staple gun..I now do all my business with other places. I Will Never go back to Southwest Carlson for Nothing They Are Liars and Crooks!! Stay Away from this place! They took my money and got Thier new staple gun back!! I tell All my stucco contractor friends to just do business elsewhere thier are over 12 other places that are honest and do straight business...Southwest Carlson Has not seen or heard the end of me!!!!!"
