"I went into Love etc on friday Jan 26, 2024. When I was ready to leave, I chose the apparel that was 50% off the ticket price. That's why I decided on that particular outfit, because it was 50% off. I also purchased a pair of stockings. I didn't want to get anything to expensive because I had already ordered some lingere from Shein, it just hadn't come in yet. At checkout the associates made me aware of their no return policy,but did Not honor the 50% off discount. They charged me 42.99 for my outfit. THATS NOT 50 % OFF! It was their fault but what could I do? Why didn't they make sure I got the 50 % off. I didn't realize it till the next day when I looked at my bank info. They should've made sure I recieved the discount. On Monday the 29th I recieved my order from SHEIN. I got 2 complete outfits w/stockings for 32.00 plus a pair of heels. Order from Shein, it's cheaper and better quality. I've never been so dissapointed. I wont be going back and im spreading the word about the false advertisement at Love etc. SHEIN is 1000 times better. Better quailty, and better priced for sure!!"

"I recently went to the Juan tabo store and purchased a specific item that I needed. The guy that helped me was friendly and completely professional. But I wasn’t sure if the item I purchased would work so I went to the menaul store to see what they had even though the clerk claimed that they didn’t have what I was looking for but since I was nearby I figured I would check for myself. But they didn’t have so I just purchased another bottle of the same stuff I got from the other store just to ensure I had enough. The guy that helped was also professional so I went back tonight (Tuesday 11/12) to purchase a different item and the the same guy was there but his attitude was the complete opposite. He was rude as hell and didn’t offer to help and made me feel so uncomfortable that I turned around and left. I don’t know if he got brave because there was another employee working. I don’t know what his deal was but he made me feel so unwelcome. It’s awkward as it is to shop for certain things at an adult store. It takes me some courage to go into those stores that’s why I go late . To avoid seeing people. I smoked some weed but it actually made the situation worse. He’s lucky I wasn’t sober or I probably would of knock him out"
