Delivery man extremely rude, uncooperative; water line to fridge damaged, I sent pics of damaged line asked to be told how to repair it (am new widow and no help here), manager "Mike" said he didn't see any damage yet water spews out like a garden hose. I asked to be told how to fix it, absolutely no help from "Mike". Was told I should return fridge... I can't-no truck, no help! Just tell me how to repair it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Jennifer tried to be helpful but her hands are tied."

"Make sure to check appliances in and out, we bought a fridge here. It’s understandable if it was missing one or two but It was missing ALL trays inside from the doors and on the freezer. He said we should of checked inside, even though he brought it out of the store to us. Maybe as customer service you should check and be honest before making the sell. What a thief’s! . Maybe you can let customers know appliance is incomplete and or missing parts. We where not looking inside the fridge, we own apartments and were looking for specific color and size. If we only knew this place sells incomplete stuff and tricks customers by saying it’s in great condition when in fact it might not be., we wouldn’t go there. BAD BUSINESS!"

"Terrible customer service! We bought a stove from them after jumping through hoops, it was never delivered when they said it would be delivered and they will not answer our calls."

"We just purchased all new cafe appliances from this company for our new build. We waited to unbox them until they needed to get installed so no damage would happen and when we unboxed it there was a huge dent on the side of the fridge. I called customer service and they said that they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it that we only had 24 hours. I paid a lot of money for these and they are brand new. I think it’s ridiculous that they aren’t going to do anything about it. I won’t be purchasing anything from this company again."
