"My dryer went out after 5 months after purchase. The owner at the Edith location didn't want replace it since the warranty just expired. I wouldn't recommend this place since my dryer only lasted 5 months.In fact the Coors location is empty and closed up and the signs are taken down. Looks like they had bail out that building for some reason. Luckily I was able to replace the parts myself through Amazon and instructions on Utube. The heating element kit was only $25 and 45 minutes to fix it. And all I needed was socket screwdriver. I'm surprised they didn't want too warranty their product after 5 months of purchase for such an inexpensive fix ."

"Stay away from here. They sell roach, infested, diseased refrigerators and will not refund your money. They flat out lied to me and said I had a 50 day warranty and they will not honor it."

"Super friendly kid working there so this review is not based on him at all. Happened to ask. Your boss isn’t named Dominic is it? The moment he said yes I said that’s all I need to know. Beware this is the Owner of Edith appliances. Bought from him twice and both times spray painted junk and doesn’t honor warranty’s. Use Family appliance on Gibson. They will come out and fix what’s not working and have honored their appliance warranty’s. I just walked in here to look around and ran away as soon as I saw who owned it. Dude has been getting rich off our community doesn’t remember where he came from."

"The best place to shop for appliances. So friendly and helpful. Great prices. No high pressure sales. Went in saw what I wanted, paid they helped me load in my car. 45 min total from leaving my house to purchase & return to my house. Just wish I’d had cash to tip the guys for helping Love my new washer Thank You so much M Collins"

I was having a dryer emergency, he sold me the gas dryer I needed and was able to have it delivered the same day, he gave me a discount on the dryer for having to pay the delivery fee to rio rancho. He was also great with my kids while I bought the appliance! I love the dryer, it works great. Thanks Art! Will be back if I need another appliance"
