"Worst costumer service. I bought a “titanium” piercing 3 weeks ago and I’ve been wearing it since I bought it. The piece turn orange and it’s peeling and getting dark (titanium it’s not supposed to do that EVER!) I went to the store and speak with the guy there because when I bought it, the cashier told me that it has a “lifetime guarantee”. The guy at the register told me: 1. That it was because I didn’t buy their cleaning kit 2. They won't help me unless I want to buy another piece 3. That the titanium pieces has a “coat” and that’s why it was peeling (not true). So sad that because of bad customer service I will not go back to that store to buy anything."
