"Most clothes in rue21 are true to size. If I need jeans, I know my size and 9 out of 10 times, I can pick up my size and KNOW i will have a great fit! This makes it easier to order online. But.. This particular store MAKES me want to shop in person. The staff is beyond helpful. The managers show wisdom in always choosing their staff with customer in mind. They recognize their repeat customers and treat them with respect ,while at the same time welcoming the new and making them feel just as important. If all stores were run this way they'd get better return."
