"I stopped at the Uptown store today during my lunch hour looking for a dress. There were three sales people and not one said hello, helped me or acknowledge my existence. When I went to check on a price all three were on their phones. Won't be going back anytime soon."

However the worker said they can’t accept WHBM “outlet” or “factory” clothing -even though it says on the WHBM website and also when I go through the return process for my item, I most certainly can return the particular item to this boutique store. (????). The point is that the manager and employees need to know the correct procedures."

"I bought one of my favorite dresses from here unfortunately I threw it away whenever I was moving and I didn't have enough storage space to keep all of my things I was so disappointed whenever they didn't have it anymore but I used that dress for a couple years and it was definitely one of my favorites I loved it"

"First time client to this store and this brand.....what a lovely experience! I walked in and started trying to piece together outfits until the store manager Senaida asked me if I was shopping for work clothes. I replied that I was and she asked what type of work I was in. She then asked if it would be okay if she picked out outfits for me to try on. I agreed. Just like that, in three questions and under 15 minutes, I was shocked (in a good way) to find 12+ pieces in a fitting room. She continued to bring pieces that I liked and offered to exchange those that I needed a different size in. She also explained to me how one piece can "make" and outfit and that 70% of a woman's closet should be classic. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with her knowledge and skill. If you need outfits, see Senaida, she is the best there is when it comes to knowing how to dress and will not only make you feel like a million $ by how she treats you but also in what she helps you choose wardrobe wise. Impressed and will be back! I chose 100% of the clothes Senaida picked out and could not be happier, thank you!"
