"I have been having issues finding the right undergarments that fit right and are comfortable for the past 8 years. I have pretty much lost all hope since major department stores no longer have sales clerks that are knowledgeable in their products. I came to this particular Lane Bryant due to house sitting on the west side of town; AND....the fact my mother was a devoted Lane Bryant customer. Why not? I've tried everything else. Needless to say after about 3 weeks; a lot of patience on Heidi's part, several exchanges and returns, we FINALLY got me fit right and I am SOOOOOOO HAPPY! Heidi is wonderful to work with and understands what a heavier woman's needs are when it comes to undergarments. "Came in frustrated with ordering bras that didn’t fit I was helped by the store manager Heidi, she did amazing that day. My order finally comes in. I called the store and ask for her because she promised to help me till we found the right fit and that when it came in, she would make sure it worked. Nevertheless when I called to confirm she was in she answered and said she was on her way out to come the next day I told ok that’s fine it be around this time she said perfect.
