"Title: Disrespectful Customer Service Experience - $7500 Service Package Not Worth It Review: I recently purchased a service and maintenance package for my new truck from FOLSOM CHEVROLET, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon reaching out to address some concerns regarding the service package I had purchased, I was met with a level of incompetence and disregard that I have rarely encountered in any customer service interaction. Instead of listening to my concerns and addressing them appropriately, I was shuffled around to various departments, none of which seemed want to take the time to listen and help me with my inquiry. Not only was I passed from one representative to another, but I was also subjected to a frustrating level of inefficiency and lack of empathy. It was abundantly clear that the individuals I spoke with had no interest in understanding my issue or providing a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience, as if my concerns were trivial and unworthy of their attention. What truly astounded me was the blatant disrespect with which I was treated throughout the entire interaction. Despite being a paying customer who had invested a significant amount of money—$7500, to be exact—into their service package, I was made to feel insignificant and disregarded. It is deeply disappointing to see such a lack of regard for customer satisfaction from a company that claims to prioritize it. As a result of this experience, I am left with no choice but to express my utmost dissatisfaction and vow to never do business with CENTURY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CORP. again. Furthermore, I strongly advise others to reconsider before investing their hard-earned money in any services offered by this company, as it is evident that they do not value their customers or their concerns. In conclusion, my experience with CENTURY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CORP has been nothing short of a complete letdown. The $7500 service package I purchased was not only a waste of money but also a source of immense frustration and disappointment. I implore the company to take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to their customer service practices if they wish to retain any semblance of credibility and trustworthiness in the future."

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Transmission was going in my truck and I apparently “bought the best coverage we got” which I was hoping was the case. They are a scam if it’s anything over a certain amount. Won’t even cover a partial of it. I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely greedy money hungry company. Thanks for sticking it to the working class. Stating a leak was causing it to fail. Im sure every one of them check their fluids every time they leave their driveways. Absolute disgrace"

She actually explained things and worked with me over the phone to get our shop paid after waiting weeks on another employee who was not helpful at all. She has been by far my favorite person to talk to at this company!"

"If I could give a negative I would. This has been a wretched process not just for myself but the dealership handling my claim. That said the workers for this company are not responsible. Excessive hold times not just for the dealership that took over my contract but for the original dealership I bought the car from has complained about the amount of time waiting for an agent. The on hold music is nearly unbearable as well. Give an option to silence the elevator music that repeats itself. Know this, satisfaction for not only the claim but also the entire diagnostic fee will be taken care of for the extreme inconvenience this has caused for myself and the dealerships. If I am not fully satisfied there I will enact a campaign to let as many people as possible not to use this service company."
