Dutch Bros Coffee

"Absurdly understaffed. I spent an hour trapped in the drive thru BEFORE I was even able to order. Can't place orders ahead of time. Coffee is good, but expensive. After that wait I won't be returning anytime soon. Update: It took so long to order and receive my coffee here that the order I had placed for food that was going to take an hour was ice cold by the time I picked it up. Perfect garbage. Honestly this experience trying to get coffee has been the worst experience I've ever had hands down. I absolutely will never come back here"

"Best thing about Dutch bros is having something for everyone. I can get a broad variety of savory or bitter drinks and my wife can get a sweet strawberry whatever. Some other places have very little on the earthy end or very little for the sweet tooth in our life."

"I waited in line for almost 40 minutes for a small hot coffee. The coffee was good, employees were friendly but 40 freaking minutes is not acceptable."

"Waited literally 45min for our drinks. Got to the window, drink order was wrong. Opted to take it as is because we didn't have another 30min to spare to wait for them to remake it. No acknowledgment or apologies for the wait or incorrect order. I've waited a while at a Dutch before but never 45m. If we hadn't already paid, would have def abandoned the line."

"This brand new Dutch Bros location is so awesome! The baristas are super nice and the drinks are very delicious! I highly recommend the Snow Cap Freeze, which is a drink they’re serving for a limited time. Not only are the baristas amazing, but they treat everybody like their best friend. My only complaints are that you have to order face-to-face with an employee instead of through an intercom at the drive-thru, and the prices are getting ridiculously high, maybe even higher than Starbucks. It would be a good idea for them to install an intercom, so the employees don’t have to stand outside in miserable temperatures and weather conditions, and to help make introverted customers feel more comfortable. All in all, our experience was great, but they do have a little room for a couple improvements. :)"
