Dunkin'

"Whenever we have stopped by to pick up a dozen for the next day they offer 2-3 different donuts at the most. Many times we've left having purchased nothing because they are either totally out of donuts or only have 1 kind, for example, fruit filled only. Thanks, but, no thanks. We have given up even asking each other what kind sounds good. We just know it's best to ask what they have instead of asking for what sounds good. Once he went inside to see what they had and walked back to the car for a donut report and by the time he went back in the 2-3 that they did have were sold. He didn't hold them for us for 2 minutes. I know we go in early evening 7:30 , 8-9ish - but I've been buying morning donuts at that time for a long time and have never encountered such bare shelves. The last time they only offered vanilla and maple glazed which I like but they only had half a dozen. Maple seems to be one they over -produce or has become the fav over all donuts?!?! I mean, why stay open for 2 or 3 hours if you have 'donuts' in your name but don't have any? Maybe this is a sign to keep it local which I usually do. DD WAS my sinful indulgence. Maybe they just got too big and don't really care anymore. It would prob be better in the mornings but with their track record I'd be afraid to blindly recommend them for a quick, good and convenient place to stop and pick up a dozen. Sorry. I didn't want to feel this way either."

"I just had an order of 5 munchkins and 1 coffee. The young lady taking my order was not only rude but interruptive as well. This was amended (temporarily) by the young man who completed my order. He was, without a doubt, THE BEST PART OF THIS LOCATION. As I said, my happiness was temporary. The young lady who took my order (assume this since she had on a headset) came with my coffee. She didn't even look at me. she just shoved my drink out the window. She reached back and said "napkins" then shoved some out window. She let it close without even saying, "thanks, thank you, have good day, come again" literally nothing. Absolute rudeness. Luckily for me, there are other locations that have employees who value their customers and the money they spend."

"I’ve been coming back every once in a while but every time with no fail, my order has always been messed up. The customer service is great, don’t get that wrong, but not once have a gotten the bacon on my bacon avocado toast or a bagel when I asked for a bagel sandwich and not a croissant. I usually just leave it not to complain but I’ve been coming here and there for a year and it has happened every single time. While I do understand mornings are very busy, but if my ticket says I paid for the bacon, I would like to see bacon. Again because I paid for it… I don’t think I will be going back but I can say their coffee has always been great at least and the workers are nice."

"Sunday at 10:30 shelves were bare, place was dirty. By bare i mean the only option was donut holes, apple fritters (didn't look good and i love the fritters) and coffee rolls. I understand the "church crowd rush" but it seemed like they weren't even trying. i asked if there were any in the back if i should come back and the only response was NO we got bussy."

"Great job For being the first ones on the Line of Duty and keeping fresh coffee early in the morning for those who are just waking up. For my graveyard people who have already been up all night and would like a nice morning treat don't hesitate to stop here after 5 AM and they will always provide kind and fast service."
