Reviews of Starry Moon
"Wow, never returning! I say here sippingy tea when one employee kept going on and on about having to clean and also serve people. After listening for 10 minutes I wanted to leave the toxic environment. Do not come to this location where the employees talk out loud about how they won't clean. Just eww."
"Sweetest people ever, the space is inviting and aesthetic, and the drinks were great too. Honestly couldn’t be better!"
"Avocado shake is delicious and made with fresh avocado. The boba is not the best and was not cooked thoroughly or was not soft and quite chewy. The staff is always super friendly!"
"The reason for the 2 star review is as follows: 1. Very sweet. Places like hi boba allow for customization of sweetness. I have a normal sweet tooth and affinity towards sweetness, but this was practically sickening level of sweet. 2. Most importantly, if you are going to allow the addition of boba in this drink you must STRAIN the seeds out. My girlfriend inadvertently let me try her drink and I immediately started to chew on the seeds. Not only could this crack a tooth, but also get lodged into the lungs or gums once in a smaller particulate form. That’s it… strain drinks with seeds. They don’t belong. They don’t Make me feel like I’m sipping on a tropical island. It screams laziness and less regard to your customers health. They are huge seeds.. they could easily be omitted. Update: Seeds do not equate to freshness, the fruit does that on its own. It is not the only way to prepare it and should not be the only way. The majority of people does not mean everyone. Clearly, others have had issues and brought this to your attention. Since you cannot take accountability and make even minor changes to your preparation…I won’t be giving this establishment my business. Hopefully, in the future, you will change your view on people’s complaints. Safety complaints should never be written off no matter how trivial they seem."
"Super cute boba place. They ladies in there were super nice and suggested a delicious drink with oranges and cherry boba. The cups are really fun too, we saved our and our kids use them now. I’ll be sure to come back again soon."
