"I was a bit grumpy with the cashier yesterday when I went to pick up a large breakfast order for work. I'd sent an employee to get it and she said they told her they didn't have the order, so I'd made a special trip. Well, the employee told me she was at the Starbucks at Montgomery and Juan Tabo...but when asked later she said Montgomery and Wyoming! I've been full of guilt ever since and owe their awesome team 5 stars! The hot breakfast items were enjoyed by all."

"I ordered a grande Pike Place coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee I received had too much cream in it. I told them it had too much cream and they remade it. The second cup also had too much cream. It was literally half a cup of just cream and the other half coffee. I'm done with Starbucks. If I do go to Starbucks again I'll have to go inside, order the coffee black, and make it myself! Since they can't make the simple order of coffee with cream and sugar."
