"I love Starbucks. I visit them frequently all over the city and country and spend more money here than any other food establishment. Their customer service is genuinely great. The evening shift on Thursday 3/28/24 is unwelcoming and rude. They made me feel like I was a burden for ordering. They were also rude to other customers. I heard them making fun of another customer. I know its kinda a rough area, but the staff should at least attempt to feign customer service and positivity. I understand bad days, but this seems like their normal attitude."
