"Very convenient for students. Love the service. They recently hired a new person, I noticed that even though I bring my own cup the new hire doesn't give me credit for it. Kinda impacts me going sometimes."

"Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exception"

"Employees were very rude and thought it was funny. Told me they did not no the store number or where the manager was, I did find the manager a the book store."

"Meh. I'll stick to my eBay 5# bags of blonde roast. Love the coffee and the people, if it weren't for the gift card, wouldn't have done it. 6 bucks for a coffee drink. Grateful for my 30 plus years in the business and it may ability to make a cappuccino and any other drink I want Frozen iced or hot."
