"UPDATE 3/11/24: THANK YOU TSC for listening to our concerns and providing us with a 2nd opportunity to try another smoothie! DJ 1st time. Not impressed. 1/12/24; 2:24pm; poor customer service. They continued to add water until it was pourable... the drink tasted more water than juice. They made the 1st wrong and my husband jokes and said he would take a taste. Disregarded him and she offered to staff. Took way too long for 2 simple drinks, almost 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. Not recommended. Very disappointed"

"Went to pick up smoothies and found out they ADD SUGAR to most of the smoothies and the smoothies are water based and they add lots of ice. It’s all filler and the addition of Sugar takes away from all the health benefits. To add, all the staff were unhappy, they didn’t greet anyone and I know this isn’t personal but also speaks volumes to the way they are valued through the company management."

"Very good food choice , took the family and I to get some smoothies and food , it was a very nice place very chill and the kids that work there are very polite very friendly and will talk to you! The 2 young men making the smoothies made me and my kids smoothies very fast and very delicious well at the same being very friendly!"

"Went for my lunch break as i was short on time and they had the shortest line out of the other restaurants around. After waiting for almost 20 minutes i went to check on my order onky to be told they were barley starting on it. I had to request a refund due to needing to be back at work, when i requested the refun due to the long wait i was barely acknowledged they walked away and called for what i am assuming is the manager to complete the refund. I explained my reasons as to why i was requesting the refund to the manager only to be ignored and just told “instert your card” my concerns were not even acknowledged"

"I think today I have had my last bit of patients with this place. No matter the time of day I go there could be no cars in the drive way it takes 30 minutes for one smoothie. But today I went at 6 pm for a smoothie and the girl on the speaker says “do you have a mobile order/ door dash?” And I responded “no I do not” and the worker said “well unfortunately we’re short staffed” and I replied “well what does that have to do with me ordering there’s no cars in the drive through” and she replied “well sorry we’re just short staffed” and I replied “well you guys are always slow no matter when I come I end up waiting 30 minutes, you guys must always be short staffed, this is the last time I’m coming here.” I really can’t believe the poor service this place offers. I won’t be returning here. My order should not be denied due to short staffing if that really is the case. Turning down customers is not a good look for a business. I think there needs to be some changes here before this place can operate efficiently and professionally."
