"Was told by Chad when checking on a pair of shoes that we dropped 3 weeks ago, “calling me don’t do no good cause everytime you call you are holding me back from working” ! After this comment went to pick up my boots unrepaired. Some people just don’t know how to treat customers ! I won’t ever recommend this guy, also extremely expensive for a simple shoe repair."

"Desperately needed a suitcase fixed before a trip as the zipper broke and Bob’s was able to get it fixed the next day! Called some of the other shoe repair places in Vero and nobody else could help so was just beyond grateful they could help. It only cost me $25 but I would’ve paid a lot more as the suitcase was over $300. 5 STARS!"

The gentleman at Bob's Shoe Repair was able to replace the clasps. He phoned when the work was complete. He was very helpful in recommending other companies that make quality purses. As I love Coach purses for their quality not their name. I would highly recommend Bob's Shoe Repair for both the quality of their work and customer service!"
