"Waited forever in line on one side of the lane while the girl was taking orders on the other side. Let atleast 3 cars go before she even came to our lane. When we finally got someone to take our order we asked where we can leave comments and happen to be talking to the manager and tried to explain out frustration, she in turn was rude and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence. Saying she already corrected what happened. Just saying the service sucked today and lines aren't getting any shorter right now."
"Love their coffee drinks and they have a vast variety of other drinks. Great drinks, good prices, more reasonable than Starbucks. They don't have a seating place, too bad, but I figure it cuts down cost. However they go to great lengths to make the place as convenient as possible to their customers. One last thing their muffin tops are great, I personally favor the cranberry orange and lemon poppy."
"The coffee is good. I would say that it's a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn't catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door."
