Dunkin'

"This place is so disorganized and never ready. I tracked 10 visits eight of them I left with nothing. They never have any of the staples that a Dunkin’ Donuts should have ready there’s always a reason the baker didn’t show up, the machine station is down, we ran out of muffins or donuts at 7 AM, this place needs better management . The young ladies that work the window are very nice but operationally this place needs a lot of help."

"There is a remote doorbell on the door to control who enters. Great idea. But when I spend 10 minutes knocking and pressing bell button while employees didn't even acknowledge my presence. Patron wanted to let me in but was told not to."

"We drove all the way just to get donuts arrived 40 minutes before closing time. We pulled up and hadn’t even rolled down the window yet and the employee had already said they were all sold out of donuts. We drive off and 2 employees were closing down the cash registers and we could see the back full of donuts."

"The employees at this store are super rude. I’ve been here multiple times and have never been impressed with the service. Then I went there today to get some donuts….the lobby is LOCKED which I understand because of the homeless in the area but I rang the doorbell twice and knocked and the employees didn’t open the door, they didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. It is night and day from the Starbucks across the street…. They are VERY friendly there. Just go across the street.."

"Ordered a dozen donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Ordered 3 Vanilla Cream in our dozen, they gave us 3 lemons instead. Donuts were stale even though we got them around 7am. Worst part, my husbands breakfast sandwich was all egg with one slice of undercooked bacon. Not the crispy bacon advertised. My breakfast croissant tasted odd, like overly Smokey? Or a very dirty grill? Ate it anyways and have been in bathroom all day with food poisoning."
