"The only reason i'm leaving any stars is because I have to otherwise they would get none. Horrible customer service from both management and non management workers. I went initially requesting a certain number of specific donuts and when I opened the box I was given more than what I initially requested. When I brought it to the person at the drive through he had an attitude and said I had to purchase 12 donuts, not less. He wouldn't correct his mistake nor apologize. To top it off I noticed on my credit card I was charged more than double for my donut order. When I brought it to the general managers attention the first time I went back the next day he said sometimes cards do that and for me to wait till it posted. When it did and it was the same amount and after speaking with my credit card company who told me it was not their doing I went back to get a refund. I was met with 'the general manager can't talk to you right now and asked if you can come back'?!? Wow!! She then took my # and he said he would call me back (never happened). When I went back the next day for a third time he left to make a delivery I was told and another female manager ended up reluctantly calling their I.T. and supposedly giving me the refund of what I purchased. It hasn't shown up yet and I have my doubts it will. Never in my life have I had this horrible of an experience with the many places I've been to. This Krispy Kreme location needs to get it together if they want a better reputation than the 3.8 stars they currently have. I personally won't ever be back to this one. They lost more than 1 customer with my family."

"I put in an online order. Everyone was very welcoming in the store. Logan was so nice and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. I had a large order that was going to different places. I was so thankful he took the time to make sure we got each box labeled correctly. I will be returning and recommending this location to others."

"I had a coworker go get us donuts and it was for multiple of us and all of us stated we wanted specific donuts. My coworker went to this location and asked for a custom dozen donuts. The lady who worked 3/9 at around 6:30AM and had dark hair and was more tan just handed my coworker a random assortment and got an attitude when my coworker tried to fix it and tell them which donuts we wanted. Customer service here really needs to be worked on. They’re just donuts and it shouldn’t have been that big of a deal to fix an order. Donuts are good but this location not very much."
