"I have been completely obsessed with this place! I moved to ABQ a little under 3 years ago and The Paleta Bar was one of the many places on my list to try. When I saw they were opening one right behind my apartment complex my husband and I were so excited! Everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming! I’ve been obsessed with their agua fresca’s and fruit con crema but yesterday I finally tried a pistachio paleta with white chocolate, piñon, crushed pistachios and strawberries. It was seriously so good and something that I’m going to want any time I’m in the mood for a treat."
