"Scooters has amazing baristas they ALWAYS get the order right! We go every friday and they know us and our dog Bluey. Its starting to feel like family lol! The owner is awesome to! She owns the bernallillo and the one on southern and I absolutely look forward to getting my coffee here because everyone is so happy! I never see a frown face. The baristas seem to enjoy there jobs!"

"I found the people working there to be friendly and attentive. Hot chocolate with half & half and caramel flavor was great! So is the tea - London Fog with coconut milk! Scooter's is my new go to."

"Have been going to the Southern Blvd location since they opened and kept going back because of the customer service and convenience but this week Tuesday, 12/12/23 at 7am I was actually charged $8 for my usual $6 drink i ordered so I asked if that was right? A new girl Ive never seen before actually argued with me, then rang me up for the correct $6 amount, was really rude to me about her error. I left shocked by how ugly her behavior was. Planned to never go back and then discovered by my bank statement that she charged me BOTH the $8 and the $6 for my one drink. Still absolutely shocked by her argumentative and rude behavior! I wll not be back and no I'm not going to fill out a form!!"

"I would love to give a wonderful review for a new business but I know they look at these reviews for improvement. Customer service was outstanding. The blended coffee was okay, I would compare it to Dutchbros. Fun for the young ones but not quality coffee. They're offering free coffee for the month of September. So I got an extra plain coffee....but I was totally disappointed... it tasted like it was sitting in the pot all morning and had a very burnt taste to it. I love the fact they're giving free coffee, that's pretty mind-blowing, but if it's an insentive they're going for, make sure the coffee is good and fresh. I'll go back again and see how it goes. If it's improved, I'll change my review. I know it's bumpy at the beginning for new businesses so hang in there and I can't wait to see where you all go from here. Update** I went back, I ordered a large coffee and they filled it 2/3 of the way. So I paid for large cup but only got a small coffee inside of it. I'm trying to post a picture but it won't let me on an edit."

"Great place. Started going here for the first time and this place is so good! I always get a white chocolate mocha iced coffee and it is very delicious. Way better than Starbucks and almost a $1 cheaper. Every person I have dealt with is so happy and nice! Only thing is the parking lot and Drive through is pretty dark definitely needs more lighting."
