"First impressions are everything. Unfortunately, for this location, I did not have a good first impression. Yes, they are busy however their manager Margo cannot run her team well. While sitting in the drive thru, she was very busy talking with a young lady with blonde stripes in her hair, while the rest of the employees were busy making drinks. When there was interaction with the other employees, she was not very nice to them and it was written all over her face. I would hate to have my manager treat me like that."

"Went to this location the other morning and was greeted with the worst attitude by the short girl with the blonde streaks in front of her hair. I asked for a drink recommendation and she spoke to me like I’m supposed to know the whole company. The manager is also extremely rude everytime I go."

"Disorganized, lacking professionalism, and disrespectful. There are two lanes, smart people choose the shorter line. There is one representative taking orders who stayed in the long line. Who took the shorter lines orders. Providing directions to wait for the long line to be served before the others. When I confronted the representative, her response was full attitude and justified her actions and words by saying they pulled into the property first. If the drivers didn't follow her direction the staff inside would be confused. Find a different location or coffee shop. This location is not beneficial."

"Sweet mother of monkey milk and all things that are good and holy in this world! Dutch Bros., where have you been all our lives? This place is truly fantastic! Sure, they may take longer than some of your other chains, but it is worth the wait! As self proclaimed coffee snobs, we give this place a massive HECK YES! Their menu isn’t huge and extensive, but who needs that sorta thing? Especially when: 1) You can literally make any drink in any way you want. Hot, iced or frozen blended. THAT IS AWESOME! 2) At least a dozen sugar free syrup options. You can make pretty much any drink sugar free and low carb! Does this mean I can have have a sugar free frappe? Why yes Jennifer, you can! 3) Friendly faces. The general manager took our order and was very friendly and offered suggestions. 4) Small footprint means less waste and is just plain cute! WINNER WINNER FOR SURE!"
