But then I changed my mind about the color and then the fabric - sending him back to storage two more times. Through it all, he was extremely pleasant, helpful and smiling. Amazing customer service!"

First time I went yesterday, I asked for something in the window, they helped me get it and it made such a great impression I went back again this morning! I’m sure glad I did because the owner was there and he was also wonderful to meet! Helpful and friendly and made sure we were well taken care of at the location. Thank you ALL!!!"

"WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. BUYER BEWARE!!! I went in and found a rack of stickers that had a price of $2.99 each or 2 for $5.00. I picked out 2 and went to the register and paid with a $20 bill. She gave me $8 and some change back. I told her there must be a mistake that the sign said 2 for $5, and she said that there were two sizes and that was for the small stickers. I told her that I didn't see that on the sign and asked her just to take them back. She said NO REFUNDS. I said I haven't even left the counter, can't you just return my money and she refused. She said I told you your total beforehand. I advised her that i couldn't hear that because her music was too loud.This was the worst excuse for customer appreciation I had ever seen. I could understand it if I left the store and came back later to ask for a refund, but I never left the counter."
