"Very nice small, privately owned RV park in northern New Mexico. Right on the banks of the beautiful San Juan river. The land has been in the Archuleta family for at least 3 generations and it shows, the place is clean and beautiful. The owner / operator, Gloria, has strict rules about certain things like no parking on the grass. Rightfully so. Makes sense to me. That's the way I would run it if I owned it. Pride of land ownership that is generations deep. I love this place."

"This park is privately owned and the owner has her rules and if you dont want to abide by them then dont come!! There is plenty of campers who love it here and have no issues with the rules. It is a business Gloria works hard to make the park a nice place. No where else is there grass."

"The owner is nuts and she comes around and makes you move your rv a foot over if she isn't happy with how you set up. It's over priced and you are treated like you are a burden on her for being there. If you don't want drama then keep going and find a friendlier place. I will not be staying here again"
