"We stopped at the lodge on our anniversary and had a wonderful stay!"
"I would have looked past alot of the other negatives of my stay but when I get the vibe that the hostess does not support the military I felt unappreciated. She asked where I worked and said the military then proceeded to tell me that the military is spending half our nation's budget. That may be true but I think it is a small price to pay for being able to live free in your mining town and not worry about other countries that literally want to kill you."
"The lodge is a jewel in the foothills. You can enjoy outstanding live music with the Aldo Leopold/Gila Wilderness at your door. Pickamania September 6-8 2024 is a must see. 3 days of incredible musicians. Check out the music camps on their website as well."
"Unique place, great hosts. Breakfast was tasty. Hosts should consider wearing glasses when they clean or hire young people."
"We had an amazing stay here for a couple of nights . Gary and Cat were so nice and helpful and were very accommodating with our bicycles ( we are on a cycle tour) . It was so peaceful and a great location , breakfast was amazing . We also liked the way it encouraged social interaction with other guests in the shared kitchen and met some wonderful people . An absolute gem of a place and a very rare find ."
