"The management and front staff are trash! Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and not helpful at all. These people aren’t compassionate and must not have children. Horrible experience last night. Have had problems with providers in the past. But the office staff was the worst part of dealing with a sick child. Absolutely disgusting!!!"

"All the staff is so professional and polite! All the Drs. Also make sure our lil bundles of joy are taken care of as good as can be as well as give you lots of options and different opinions on situations. Love this clinic never once had any issues. Trust them with all of my childrens care.❤️"

"This place is great. You can always get a last minute/same day appointment when needed which saves you from trying to find an urgent care. Everyone there is so accommodating. Several times we forgot to ask for a doctor's note and the front desk staff take care of it right away and don't make us feel like we are a nuisance. I'm very happy with the care my kids get here."

"I have always loved the providers at After Hours Pediatrics no matter which clinic they were seen at. Today, however, we had our first bad experience at this location. The nurse practitioner was short and dismissive and seemed to not care at all. She seemed highly inconvenienced, asked few questions, spent a few minutes in the room and then brushed it off as a virus with no next steps if the symptoms do not resolve. Covid test and Strep tests were both negative. She treated us like hypochondriacs. I worry for her because I think she will face litigation sometime for her dismissive demeanor. My son said "she didn't even ask me how much pain there was. She just said that if it was severe she would treat it as an emergency. I wanted to tell her that it's pretty severe." But he couldn't tell her because she seemed to have zero compassion and zero interest in helping."

"What is the point of being the only after hour pediatrics when you don’t accept new patients? I received the worst service here the lady was very rude and kept reminding me that “since it’s summer they could see my daughter but she would have to get a primary doctor in the fall because they are not accepting new patients” my daughter does have a primary doctor that is amazing and we will be calling her tomorrow to be seen. I used to bring my little sister here when she would get sick last minute and nobody was open but emergency rooms and never had a problem, they should close down or simply remove that ridiculous “policy”. Or better yet, train your staff to not be so rude and constantly remind that you’re “not accepting new patients” until they have at least, gotten information or helped ensure a parent on the health of their child.. Why is that the first thing they think they need to address? I won’t bother to call and won’t recommend this place to anyone anymore."
