"Stopped by at 5:45p on a Saturday. The hours listed say they close at 6p. When we arrived, the doors were locked, but there was a clerk inside. Called the shop from our car, the clerk verified that they close at 6 but would not help us (15 minutes until close!). They gave an excuse about reports needing to be in at exactly 6p. If that’s the case, then change your business hours to 5:30p… if not, your staff is losing business because they decided to close up early for the night."
