"Great owners, great merchandise, great prices"
"Impressive shop with a ton of merchandise with a strong connection to local artists/producers. I was looking for SD-made souvenirs and this store gave me 1000 options. I was very sad I didn’t have much space in my luggage for some of the larger items but found some cool soaps made in Black Hills that fit the bill. Lovely owners; Jim, owner’s husband, was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. I appreciated that they marked if any item was not locally made."
"This is a great place to shop for your South Dakota souvenirs. Everything is made by local artists. I bought socks, jewelry, soap, cards. I was tempted by the tshirts and gurgling carafes, but I had limited space in my suitcase. I met the owner's husband. Very friendly and helpful."
"Love this shop & love the owner, Jennifer! Unique merchandise and it's displayed so wonderfully. I just can't help but come back to this "my favorite store"!"
"I was staying at the hotel and came in here trying to find a few Christmas gifts. Im around 30 years old, was wearing a nice collared shirt, vest, jeans, and the required mask-for context. The old woman that was in the place completely ignored me, although I said hello to her when I walked in. Couldn't catch her attention to answer questions. When I was ready to check out it took another customer saying something about me for her to begrudgingly come and check me out. I should have just left but I found a cool buffalo and scarf. Find somewhere else to spend your money where they are actually friendly and not snobby."
